The Forge is a brotherhood of accomplished men doing the quiet work of purpose, marriage, fatherhood, and meaning. Our standards exist to protect the room.

What we expect

Honesty. Drop the performance. Speak from your actual experience, not your highlight reel.

Respect. Disagreement is welcome — disrespect is not. Critique ideas, never people.

Confidentiality. What is shared in The Forge stays in The Forge. Personal stories do not leave the room without explicit permission.

Skin in the game. Show up. Do the work. The men around you are doing the same.

What we don't tolerate

Harassment, bigotry, bad-faith argumentation, recruiting other members for unrelated business, sharing private information without consent, or any behavior that compromises another man's safety or trust.

Enforcement

First violations earn a private conversation. Repeat or severe violations result in removal without refund. We protect the room before we protect any individual seat in it.
